We (Ed & Lynda Vanderpool) want to share information with you about our loves ... animals, and how they impact all of our lives. We will also share tips on pets and real estate (our profession) and anything else we (and you) find interesting!

Simply put, we are pet lovers. We rescued Aspen & Frye from the animal shelter in Aspen, Colorado and they have been our family ever since. Sadly, we lost our best boy ever, Frye at 12 1/2 years, so for now it's "all about Aspen" - and she's doing great!
Since receiving our real estate licenses in 1997, the "pet-friendly" tag has proven magnetic for our business, and new friendships. We even trade marked "Pet-Friendly" for our business.
In addition to helping people buy and sell real estate, we specialize in real estate for pet owners. From snakes, horses and cockatoos, to gerbils and rats, we have worked with all kinds of animals and their humans, finding pet-friendly properties and neighborhoods for them. We support animal and pet rescue and donate to the animal charity of the client's choice at closing.
Putting a home on the market and moving can be stressful for both humans and animals as the barrage of strangers walking through a home disrupts daily routines. We urge sellers to respect the interested parties, as they may not be animal lovers themselves.
